The ruins of St. Nicholas Church in Trzęsacz (5 km) are a unique tourist attraction, a testament to the power of nature and the history of the region. The church, built at the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries, was originally located about 2 km from the sea shore, but over the years the Baltic Sea gradually eroded the cliff, approaching the building. As a result of erosion, the northern wall of the church collapsed in 1901, and the last fragment of the southern wall collapsed into the sea in 1994. Currently, the preserved fragment of the southern wall can be admired from the viewing platform, constituting a symbolic combination of history, legends and the power of nature.
